Big Bend Full Day
Overview
Enjoy the grandeur of the Big Bend through a full day river trip on the tranquil waters of the lower Rio Grande, complete with a delicious riverside lunch! There are many beautiful canyon sections to choose from in the Big Bend and water levels often dictate what is available. We will choose the best trip at the time for your adventure. Options include Hot Springs Canyon, Santa Elena Canyon and Colorado Canyon.
Itinerary
This full day tour meets at 8:00am at our office in Terlingua near the Terlingua Ghost Town. You can expect around 45min-1hr drive to the put in from our location followed by 4-5 hr trip with lunch and a drive back to our office. Trips are generally back by 3:30-4pm.
Participants can expect a fun and active day, beautiful scenery, a delicious riverside lunch, all necessary river and safety gear, and a professional local guide.
